This flowchart depicts the Common Land Use Planning Process and the roles of the key parties and UFA boards & committees. We developped this process back in 2002, though it was never approved or endorsed beyond our office. However, subsequent regional planning exercises have largely followed it. In recent years, we have been re-evaluating it.
