Northern Planning Conference

Wilbur is a citizen of the Teslin Tlingit Council and was born and raised near Teslin in the Yukon Territory. Wilbur was a former Indian residential school student. He is currently the Land and Resource Use Planner for the Teslin Tlingit Council.
