Ryan Small is the Director of Technical Services for the Mushkegowuk Tribal Council in Timmins Ontario. Ryan leads a Technical team of three focusing on providing Technical advisory services on Housing and infrastructure in each of the seven communities affiliated with the Tribal Council (Attawapiskat, Kashechewan, Fort Albany, Moose Cree, Taykwa Tagamou, Chapleau Cree and Missanbie Cree.
