These are stored with the rest of our public documents &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=list&amp;slug=council-recommendations&amp;Itemid=604\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">here<\/a>. More recent ones are discussed below.<\/p>\n<h3>In recent years, the Council recommended:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>That the Parties to the UFA and Yukon Final Agreements establish a <a href=\\\"index.php\/documents-and-downloads\/yukon-land-use-planning-council\/council-recommendations\/765-letter-to-the-parties-of-the-ufa-yukon-first-nation-final-agreements\/file\\\">working group of senior officials to determine a process for addressing several concerns regarding the interpretation of Chapter 11 <\/a>(October 2016).<\/li>\n<li>That the Yukon Government develop a&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=174-yukon-first-nations-without-final-agreements-planning-policy-needed&amp;category_slug=council-recommendations&amp;Itemid=604\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">policy on involving Yukon First Nations without Final Agreements in regional land use planning<\/a>&nbsp;(April 2013).<\/li>\n<li>A set of&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=562-ylupc-recommendations-on-southern-yukon-planning-regions&amp;category_slug=council-recommendations&amp;Itemid=604\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">four recommendations<\/a>&nbsp;on the configuration and priority of the southern Yukon planning regions (September 2011). A <a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=80-current-planning-regions-1998-map&amp;category_slug=council-recommendations&amp;Itemid=604\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">map of Yukon planning regions recommended in 1998<\/a>&nbsp;and a general&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=598-map-of-yukon-planning-regions-sept-16-2011&amp;category_slug=council-recommendations&amp;Itemid=604\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">map of the new recommended configuration<\/a>&nbsp;were appended. A&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=378-planning-in-southern-yukon-december-14-2011-discussion-notes&amp;category_slug=southern-yukon-planning-boundary-workshop&amp;Itemid=604\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">workshop<\/a>&nbsp;was held in December 2011 to develop these recommendations further.<\/li>\n<li>A&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=99-dawson-regional-planning-commission-terms-of-reference&amp;category_slug=dawson-regional-planning-commission-documents&amp;Itemid=608\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">Terms of Reference for the Dawson Regional Planning Commission<\/a>&nbsp;(2008).<\/li>\n<li>A&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\\\"index.php?option=com_docman&amp;view=document&amp;alias=474-response-protocol-summary&amp;category_slug=council-recommendations&amp;Itemid=604\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\" class=\\\"doclink\\\">response protocol<\/a>&nbsp;that encourages all Government and Yukon First Nations to respond to recommendations in a timely fashion.
