This LMU encompasses the areas within the Region to which this Plan does not apply. It includes Dawson City and adjacent community areas across the Yukon River, named Ch’ë̀nyä̀ng because it was a moose lick area before the gold rush era. It also includes Tombstone Territorial Park (with the exception of Settlement Lands in the park boundary), also called Ddhäl Ch’èl Cha Nän, Hän for ‘ragged mountain land’.
