YLUPC recommends amendments to the Nacho-Nyak Dun Planning Region\’s General Terms of Reference

YLUPC recommends amendments to the recommended Na-Cho Nyak Dun Regional Planning Commission General Terms of Reference as submitted October, 2023. The key amendments are:
• Inclusion of the Beaver River Watershed; and
• Clarification that the commission will operate throughout the plan approval process.

These key changes are included in the attached Na-Cho Nyak Dun Regional Planning Commission General Terms of Reference, along with other technical wording changes.
