YLUPC recommends Dawson Regional Planning Commission General Terms of Reference (GTOR) for a transitional commission.
The GTOR would be effective for period between submission of a Final Recommended Plan (anticipated for April 1, 2026) and subsequent approval, modification, or rejection of the plan by the Parties.
