Patrick James
The Council recognizes and mourns the passing of Patrick James, on October 12, 2024. Patrick was a respected Carcross/Tagish Tlingit Elder and was an important member of the Council between 1995 and 2001. New Regional Planning Commission Sourcebook
The Council has developed a new Sourcebook. This is a resource that future regional planning commissions may use as a guide during the planning process. This new Source Book updates and improves upon the previous one developed for commissions in 2010.
2024 Land Relationship Gathering
On July 22-24 the Yukon Land Use Planning Council and its Traditional Knowledge Circle hosted its 2024 Land Relationship Gathering.
