On February 9th, 2026, we made two recommendations:
General Terms of Reference for transitional DRPC: The GTOR would be effective for period between submission of a Final Recommended Plan (anticipated for April 1, 2026) and subsequent approval, modification, or rejection of the plan by the Parties.
Amendments to the Nacho-Nyak Dun Planning Region’s General Terms of Reference: The key amendments are:
• Inclusion of the Beaver River Watershed; and
• Clarification that the commission will operate throughout the plan approval process.
